WHAT WE DO

Applied solutions: Using our knowledge, expertise, and commitment to meet your project's needs.

ADAM KUDLIK

P.Eng., PMP

Co-Founder

Adam's expertise lies in structures and railway engineering. He draws on over 16 years' engineering and consulting experience to execute on his clients' project needs using a solutions-oriented mindset.

While working as a consultant, Adam oversaw many complex projects including the replacement of four spans of a railway bridge owned by CDPQ on the CN network which carried VIA, Amtrak, CN and exo traffic.

As a senior manager in Canadian Pacific's engineering operations team, Adam was responsible for the maintenance of track and structures along the railroad. During his tenure, he was also a qualified conductor.

Adam led a team of 70 unionized employees and 6 supervisors, in charge of inspecting, maintaining, planning and supervising maintenance work on bridges, culverts, switch heaters and tracks on a network stretching from Sudbury to Saratoga. This network included some 900 bridges, 1,500 culverts and 510 main-track switch heaters.  The network was used mainly by freight trains, but also by 100 daily commuter train movements in the Montreal area.

At the core of Adam's work is a focus on zero incident and zero harm. During his five years working as a senior manager at CP, his team recorded no injuries in and no train accidents.

Adam excels in projects where complexity and challenges are present. He believes in maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders and delivering to the highest standard.

Adam has bachelor’s degrees in civil engineering and biochemistry from the Université de Montréal and the École Polytechnique de Montréal. He is a registered engineer in Quebec and Ontario and holds the Project Management Professional designation.
