FAÇADE INSPECTION
In Québec, law 122 stipulates that buildings with façades reaching over five storeys must undergo an initial detailed inspection ten years after construction begins, followed by regular assessments every five years.

We offer a complete façade inspection service aimed at identifying visible issues on exterior surfaces, determining the cause of any unstable materials, and flagging any hazardous conditions that may pose a safety risk. Our detailed reports provide clear recommendations for preventive or corrective actions, along with a suggested timeline for implementation.
When needed, our team also performs targeted exploratory work to further investigate hidden or structural concerns.
PARKADE INSPECTION
We perform detailed inspections of parking structures with exposed structural slabs, starting 12–18 months after construction and every 5 years thereafter. Our service includes condition assessments of slabs, walls, and columns through visual inspection and hammer testing, with clear recommendations and timelines.
